Back to Standing - Jan 23 | 2-4PM

The ground changes everything. Your mobility is limited, your options narrow, and the possibility of weapons or multiple attackers makes getting back to your feet a critical self-defense skill. In this focused seminar, you’ll learn how to fight and strike from the ground, create space, and get back on your feet efficiently—so you can move, address additional threats, create distance, and get home safe.

Member Appreciation Seminar - Feb 13 | 2-4PM

Go deeper into handgun defense with a focused training experience built exclusively for the Krav Maga Houston community. You’ll work through critical aspects of redirecting movements, control, striking and disarming principles, in realistic defensive scenarios—getting hands-on reps and coaching designed to sharpen your ability to respond under pressure.

Fear Adrenal Stress Training (FAST) - Feb 27 | TBD

When the body encounters extreme stress the heart rate rises, breathing changes, vision narrows, fine motor skills diminish, and the brain shifts into survival mode. FAST puts you into controlled, demanding training scenarios that activate these physiological responses while you learn to manage stress, make decisions to de-escalate or physically respond to danger when your body is working against you.

Third-Party Defense Seminar - Mar 27 | 2-4PM

When you’re with your family, your responsibility in a dangerous situation extends beyond protecting yourself. This seminar teaches parents and families how to recognize developing threats, position themselves effectively, manage distance, and respond decisively when a spouse, child, or loved one is involved. Through realistic group scenarios and hands-on training, you’ll develop the awareness and practical skills needed to protect yourself while creating the best possible opportunity to keep your family safe.

FREE Sexual Assault Prevention Seminar - Apr 10 | TBD

April is Sexual Assault Awareness Month (SAAM)—a time to bring greater awareness to sexual violence and equip women with practical tools for recognizing and responding to potentially dangerous situations. This seminar focuses on verbal de-escalation, body language, situational awareness, striking, and addresses some of the most common attacks against women. Participants will practice skills in a hands on, safe, controlled training environment that will equally challenge and support them.
