Kid’s Self Defense

Designed by education professionals, child behaviorists, parents and martial artists, the Krav Maga Houston’s Youth Program creates an environment where kids can learn/live some of life’s most valuable lessons.

Women’s Self Defense

Our classes for women focus on rape prevention techniques and tactics. Learn to spot danger signs and how to defend yourself when no danger signs are given.

Law Enforcement & Military

The Krav Maga Worldwide Force Training Division is dedicated to providing defensive tactics training for law enforcement, security and military personnel.

Fitness-Meta/mor/phys

It’s tough, challenging, and life changing. Yes, I said life changing. Calling meta/mor/phys a group exercise class is like calling the Navy Seals BUD/S training a multi-week group swim activity.

Extreme Fitness

Extreme Fitness is a potent skill-building workout, combining the benefits of functional exercise to increase all seven domains of fitness coupled with multiple skill-building aspects of Krav Maga striking.

Foreclosures

On occasion, Krav Maga Houston is forced to foreclose on a membership. The personal circumstances that lead people into these situations vary.
