About Krav Maga Houston

Krav Maga Houston’s Chief Instructor, CJ Kirk, has been doing martial arts for nearly 30 years and teaching Krav Maga for over a decade; he is certified and licensed by the Krav Maga Association of America; he is first generation Levine and second generation Lichtenfeld instructor, is one of a handful of instructor black belts in Krav Maga and is one of five lead instructors tasked with certifying other instructors for KMAA; he holds an advanced force training certification for law enforcement and military instruction, is certified to teach children and has taught hundreds of law enforcement and military personnel and thousands of civilians. He also holds a fitness certification with a kettlebell training focus.

Our other instructors have all apprenticed under our Chief Instructor and have also tested as instructors through the KMAA and Krav Maga Worldwide. The core group was recently named “the most cohesive and talented group of Krav Maga practitioners anywhere” by a film maker tasked with filming Krav Maga in the U.S. and around the world. Two Locations in Houston

Krav Maga Houston has two locations in the greater Houston area. Our central campus is located in the heart of the city at Kirby and the SW Freeway. Conveniently located to West U, Bellaire, River Oaks, the Galleria, Rice Village and downtown, our central campus features morning, noon and evening classes making it convenient for everyone.

Our north campus is located in Spring, Texas off I45 and Spring Stuebner and is a massive 22,000 square foot facility. With 5 training rooms, a 2 bedroom apartment for home invasion training, 100 heavy bags in our Extreme Fitness training room and the finest CrossFit facility in the city of Houston, our north campus facility is unrivaled.

Krav Maga Houston holds an Introductory Seminar every Saturday morning at 0900 hours at our headquarters location (2615 SW Freeway, Suite 260). The seminar covers the Who, What, When, Where and Why of Krav Maga, the human response to danger and the realities of violence. You will leave much more enlightened than you were when you arrived.
